transfer
printing

hot
stamping,

need

and
capable
of
printing
multi-color
on
the
rubber
unit.
This
process
will
reduce
unqualified
ratio
of
rubber
unit.
The
major
difference
between
these
two
printing
,thermo
transfer
printing
will
print
picture
on
the
surface
of
rubber
coating,
and
hotstamping
carve
the
picture
on
the
stamp.

mechanism is stable and durable by square main shaft design. 3.The
design of cylinder connected main axis, grinding processed the
main axis and exterior lid, it is suitable for operation by pressurized
accurately, and kept in lowpressure. 4.Three durations for time
control:compression, delay, roll foil will be able to adjust at
will; the arrangement is easy and accurate. 5.Special foil design,
it’s easy to adjust, travel is accurate, and not being affected
by main axis’s travel. 6.Special electro thermal design is capable
of adjusting to 400oC . 7.Single axis design, the compression
is high and pressure consumption is low.
